We come to you with a van full of samples. Usually takes about an hour. We look at your windows, talk about what you’re trying to accomplish, show you options that make sense, and measure everything.

Step 2: Final Measurements & Design
Once you’re ready to move forward, we come back for precise measurements. This is where we get absolutely exact about every dimension and confirm all your choices.
Step 3: Custom Manufacturing
Your window treatments are built specifically for your windows. Takes about 1-2 weeks, depending on what you’ve chosen.
Step 4: Installation Day
Our team shows up on time, installs everything, tests it all thoroughly, cleans up after themselves, and walks you through how to operate and care for your new treatments. Most homes are done in a single day.
Step 5: We’re Here If You Need Us

Sometimes, yeah. It depends on what you’ve got and what condition it’s in. We can take a look during a consultation and let you know if it makes sense or if you’d be better off with new motorized shades.
What about warranties?
We warranty our installation work, and every product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, anywhere from one year to lifetime, depending on what you buy. We handle any warranty stuff directly, so you’re not bouncing between us and the manufacturer.
How do I keep these clean?
Most blinds and shades just need occasional dusting or a pass with your vacuum’s brush attachment. Shutters you can wipe with a damp cloth. Nothing complicated. We’ll walk you through care instructions when we install.
